These Diseases Are All Caused by Microwave Ovens, and You’ve Probably Ignored Them!

The magnetron is a special tube which produced microwave power created by two scientists in World War II.

In combination with the radar system of Britain, these microwaves had the capacity to locate the Nazi airplanes and foiled an attempted bombing.

After few years, these microwaves were found to be able to cook food, by Percy LeBaron Spencer, a member of the military industrial complex known as Raytheon Company. Namely, radar waves melted a candy bar he kept in his pocket.

This eventually led to the creation of the Radar Range, which was the first microwave oven, in extremely large proportions.

The reason we speak about the beginnings of microwave ovens is that they explain a lot about their nature, and indicate why numerous researchers object against their use nowadays.

To clarify this, microwave ovens have around 2.45 billion hertz, which are not dangerous only if the microwave does not leak.

Regarding the fact that it has been proven that the frequency amount which endangers health is just a measly 10 hertz, you should always make sure you are not near your microwave when it is on.

These are the side-effects of microwaves, confirmed by numerous studies:

  • Weakened immune system
  • Greater susceptibility to illness
  • Birth defects
  • Cataracts
  • Reduced resistance to viral and bacterial infections
  • Cancer

On the other hand, these are the effects of microwave ovens to food:

  • The Swiss scientist Hans Hertel conducted a study which showed that microwave ovens eliminate the nutrients from our food
  • The radiation from these ovens deforms and destroys the food molecules, leading to the creation of harmful radioactive compounds
  • In 1992, a study from the Search for Health conducted a study in 1992 which showed that microwaves led to the following issues in participants:
  • Reduced hemoglobin which led to an anemic-like conditions
  • Significant rise in cholesterol levels
  • Increased leukocytes, indicating cell damage and poisoning
  • Fall in white blood cells
  • The structure of the microwaved Infant formulas was greatly damaged, and the components of amino acids were altered, leading to immunological abnormalities
  • Microwaved breast milk was deprived of 96% of its antibodies

Therefore, even though you are sure that your microwave oven is completely sealed, you are again exposed to dangerous levels of electromagnetic fields, or EMF, which enter the body and lead to severe health issues.

Undoubtedly, these ovens pose an extremely great risk to your health. The recommended maximum exposure by the EPA is about .5mG – 2.5mG of EMF. Note that just being 4 inches away from the microwave while on makes you exposed to 100 – 500mG, while a distance of 3 feet away exposes you to 1 – 25mG.

We cannot deny that microwave ovens are the fastest and convenient way to cook your food. Yet, your own health and the health of your family should always be your priority, and it has been proven that these ovens significantly damage it, so you should focus on reducing or completely eliminating their effects.

Stop Fixating on Economic Growth — Let’s Talk About Quality of Life

2016.10.12 De graaf orig

It’s necessary to promote a values transformation, away from the cruel, competitive performances and unrestrained expectations of consumer capitalism and toward a simpler, less hurried, more cooperative way of life, where work sharing is at least as important a strategy to reduce unemployment as federal jobs programs.

Since the election, my Facebook page has been filled with postmortems, many being “I told you so” comments, seeking scapegoats for Hillary Clinton’s disastrous loss to Donald Trump. There is always someone or something who deserves quick, and primary, blame it seems — the media, the FBI, the Koch brothers, the DNC, Hillary, Bernie, the far left — pick your poison. And while all these played some role in the election’s outcome, along with xenophobia, Islamophobia, racism and misogyny, it seems to me that a fundamental and under-discussed crisis here is a crisis of values, an inability in the United States to define quality of life in anything but materialistic terms.

How in any society is it possible to glorify someone simply because, as Trump put it, “I’m rich, I’m very rich?” Millions of Americans clearly did. They somehow believe that because he is rich he is also smart, all his bankruptcies notwithstanding. They did not demand that he release his tax returns and did not recoil when he said that not paying taxes makes him smart, because they somehow believe that if taxes were not a burden for them, they too would be rich. For example, lower-income Americans are more likely to favor eliminating the estate tax than higher-income Americans. For so many, the goal is to get rich like Trump, and they accept unquestioningly Ronald Reagan’s wish to “see America always remain a country where anyone can get rich.”

The anti-government, tax-cutting paradigm that took root with California’s Proposition 13 in 1978 and Reagan’s 1980 claim that “government is not the solution because government is the problem,” still weighs heavily on us like a nightmare that we fail to confront.

All the “battleground” states that Trump won, plus countless other “red” states like Pence’s Indiana and nearly the entire South, have had government-bashing, tax-cutting GOP governors and legislatures throughout Obama’s term in office. They are almost all net “takers” of government money, while most blue states pay in more than they get. Yet, somehow, the citizens of these red states blame the Democrats for their fate — which is indeed poor. They trail blue states in almost every quality of life measure. For example, life expectancy in Massachusetts is 80.5, while in Mississippi it’s 75.0.

This certainly suggests that we haven’t done a very good job selling the value of the public sector. It doesn’t help to simply label the Democratic Party “neoliberal,” since that word has become almost devoid of meaning. There are major policy differences between the blue and red states and between the parties. To simply call both “neoliberal” obscures more than it illuminates.

Yet, perhaps the biggest similarity between the two parties is the continued acceptance of two myths — the idea of “American exceptionalism,” which even Obama constantly pays homage to (though the Right criticizes him for not being “patriotic” enough), and, the primacy of economic growth.

Neither Republicans nor Democrats challenge the growth mantra (even Paul Krugman is a cheerleader), though it is madness, as environmentalist David Brower once pointed out, to believe in unlimited growth on a finite planet. So, while Democrats want to share growth more widely and perhaps grow more via infrastructure support and alternative energy, they still believe that full employment and the end of poverty can be attained only through more growth.

The worship of GDP continues in the 5 percent growth rate that Trump promises. Even if obtainable, it would mean a near doubling of resource use in less than two decades, with disastrous environmental consequences. The idea that economic growth can be “decoupled” from resource extraction and environmental impact, has been disproven by several studies, though it is true that more resource-efficient technologies reduce the added impact of new products.

Therefore, as we try to reform the Democratic strategy, it’s necessary, as Herbert Marcuse once said, to promote a values transformation, away from the cruel, competitive performances and unrestrained expectations of consumer capitalism and toward a simpler, less hurried, more cooperative way of life, where work sharing is at least as important a strategy to reduce unemployment as federal jobs programs.

It’s necessary to understand that the values of affluenza, about which I have written at length, spur endless competition for scarce resources, and result in the overwork Bernie Sanders criticizes, as well as our declining health, our lack of social purpose, our lack of enough leisure time to be good, informed citizens and volunteer in our communities, and a host of other ills. To begin, we need to make the case that we need a new measure of well-being — indeed, one former Democratic presidential candidate, Martin O’Malley, has been a leader in developing a Genuine Progress Indicator, but such ideas never entered the debates. They should be part of our future vision.

A less acquisitive society with less focus on “hard work” will not be a poor one, either materially, or more importantly, in terms of quality of life. This is a point that must be made and something Bobby Kennedy knew back in 1968, when he first spoke out eloquently against the Gross National Product. Swedish Environmental Protection Agency studies show that 30 hours of work a week may well be optimal for well-being — 30-hour workers outperform 40- or 50-hour workers in almost every quality of life measure — life satisfaction, work satisfaction, time satisfaction, health, and importantly, in this time of climate change, lower greenhouse gas emissions.

So, perhaps it’s time to think a little bigger, a little bolder. To challenge American exceptionalism and the focus on growth. One way to challenge exceptionalism would be to focus on children. As reports by UNICEF and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) make clear, American kids rank near the very bottom in almost all aspects of quality of life among rich countries, leading only Turkey, Mexico, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania.

This should embarrass us — even conservatives can’t claim that five-year-olds should pick themselves up by their bootstraps. We should also proclaim the value of quality of life vs. quantity of income. Inequality is a much broader issue than dollar income.

If we support growing the economy, we need to also ask, what kind of growth, not what rate of growth. What can grow and what must shrink if we are to live well on a finite planet. We must put a value on things — leisure time, volunteering, home gardening, caring for each other, undeveloped nature, etc. — that are now seen as without value.

Those who would privatize our public lands have bumper stickers like “Wilderness, Land of No Use” that illustrate the lack of value we bestow on many of the things of greatest value.

As we consider political strategies for 2018 and beyond, let’s go beyond our silos and current ideas of economic success and lay the groundwork for a whole new value system beyond affluenza and predator capitalism.

Scientists have made a diamond that’s harder than diamond.

Nature’s toughest material just got upgraded.

When most people think about the hardest naturally occurring material on Earth, they think of diamonds – those pretty stones in our engagement rings that can cut steel and rock.

But scientists have been gradually improving on that toughness over the past few years, and now a team of Australian researchers has just created a rare type of diamond that’s even harder than diamond.

This diamond is a version of Lonsdaleite, which has been found occurring naturally at the centre of a handful of meteorite impact sites around the world.

It’s special because most diamonds are made up of carbon in a cubic lattice, but Lonsdaleite has a hexagonal lattice, which makes it up to 58 percent harder than regular diamond.

Now researchers have been able to make a nano-scale version of Lonsdaleite in the lab, and they predict that it’s even harder than the naturally occurring version.

2-newdiamondha

It’s so strong, in fact, that the team suggests its most immediate use will be in mine sites, where it can cut through ultra-solid materials, including regular diamonds.

“The hexagonal structure of this diamond’s atoms makes it much harder than regular diamonds, which have a cubic structure,” said lead researcher Jodie Bradby from the Australian National University.

“We’ve been able to make it at the nanoscale and this is exciting because often with these materials ‘smaller is stronger’.”

The team was able to create the new material by nanoengineering the diamond from scratch using a type of carbon that doesn’t have a set form, known as amorphous carbon.

Lonsdaleite was first discovered in the Canyon Diablo meteorite site back in 1967, and researchers have managed to make it in the lab before, but without great success. And it takes incredible temperatures of around 1,000 degrees Celsius (1,832 degrees Fahrenheit) to actually form the diamond.

Instead, Bradby and her team took a different approach.

They put this carbon into a device called a diamond anvil, which is made of two diamonds opposing each other to recreate the high pressures you’d find deep down inside Earth.

You can check it out in the video. URL:https://youtu.be/imysF6z9HEk

Using the device, they were able to create the diamonds at temperatures of just 400 degrees Celsius (752 degrees Fahrenheit) – around half as hot as previous methods, which means it’s a lot cheaper and more efficient. And the end result is also a lot harder.

The researchers now need to go through further testing of this structure to find out exactly how tough it is compared to existing materials, but if natural Lonsdaleite is anything to go off, they’re expecting it to be pretty hard.

“This new diamond is not going to be on any engagement rings. You’ll more likely find it on a mining site,” said Bradby.

“Any time you need a super-hard material to cut something, this new diamond has the potential to do it more easily and more quickly.”

Astronomers discovered an ‘Interstellar’ black hole

Fans of “Interstellar” take note: Astronomers might have just discovered a black hole similar to the one in Christopher Nolan’s film. And the discovery coincides with a mysterious flash, observed in 2015, thought to be the brightest supernova on record. Turns out, it probably wasn’t a supernova at all.

Study shows fasting kills cancer cells of common childhood leukemia

UT Southwestern study shows fasting kills cancer cells of common childhood leukemia
Dr. Jingjing Xie, Dr. Chengcheng “Alec” Zhang, and Dr. Zhigang Lu.

UT Southwestern Medical Center researchers have found that intermittent fasting inhibits the development and progression of the most common type of childhood leukemia.

This strategy was not effective, however, in another type of blood cancer that commonly strikes adults.

“This study using mouse models indicates that the effects of fasting on blood cancers are type-dependent and provides a platform for identifying new targets for leukemia treatments,” said Dr. Chengcheng “Alec” Zhang, Associate Professor of Physiology at UT Southwestern and senior author of the study, published online today by Nature Medicine. “We also identified a mechanism responsible for the differing response to the fasting treatment,” he added.

The researchers found that fasting both inhibits the initiation and reverses the progression of two subtypes of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, or ALL – B-cell ALL and T-cell ALL. The same method did not work with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), the type that is more common in adults.

ALL, the most common type of leukemia found in children, can occur at any age. Current ALL treatments are effective about 90 percent of the time in children, but far less often in adults, said Dr. Zhang, who also holds the Hortense L. and Morton H. Sanger Professorship in Oncology and is a Michael L. Rosenberg Scholar in Medical Research.

The two types of leukemia arise from different bone marrow-derived blood , he explained. ALL affects B cells and T cells, two types of the immune system’s disease-fighting white blood cells. AML targets other types of such as macrophages and granulocytes, among other cells.

In both ALL and AML, the remain immature yet proliferate uncontrollably. Those cells fail to work well and displace healthy blood cells, leading to anemia and infection. They may also infiltrate into tissues and thus cause problems.

The researchers created several mouse models of acute leukemia and tried various dietary restriction plans. They used green or yellow florescent proteins to mark the cancer cells so they could trace them and determine if their levels rose or fell in response to the fasting treatment, Dr. Zhang explained.

“Strikingly, we found that in models of ALL, a regimen consisting of six cycles of one day of fasting followed by one day of feeding completely inhibited cancer development,” he said. At the end of seven weeks, the fasted mice had virtually no detectible cancerous cells compared to an average of nearly 68 percent of cells found to be cancerous in the test areas of the non-fasted mice.

Compared to mice that ate normally, the rodents on alternate-day fasting had dramatic reductions in the percentage of cancerous cells in the bone marrow and the spleen as well as reduced numbers of white , he said. The spleen filters blood.

“In addition, following the fasting treatment, the spleens and lymph nodes in the fasted ALL model mice were similar in size to those in normal mice. Although initially cancerous, the few fluorescent cells that remained in the fasted mice after seven weeks appeared to behave like normal cells,” he said. “Mice in the ALL model group that ate normally died within 59 days, while 75 percent of the fasted mice survived more than 120 days without signs of leukemia.”

Fasting is known to reduce the level of leptin, a cell signaling molecule created by fat tissue. In addition, previous studies have shown weakened activity by leptin receptors in human patients with ALL. For those reasons, the researchers studied both and leptin receptors in the mouse models.

They found that mice with ALL showed reduced leptin receptor activity that then increased with intermittent fasting, he said.

“We found that fasting decreased the levels of leptin circulating in the bloodstream as well as decreased the leptin levels in the bone marrow. These effects became more pronounced with repeated cycles of fasting. After fasting, the rate at which the leptin levels recovered seemed to correspond to the rate at which the cancerous ALL cells were cleared from the blood,” he added.

Interestingly, AML was associated with higher levels of leptin receptors that were unaffected by fasting, which could help explain why the fasting treatment was ineffective against that form of leukemia. It also suggests a mechanism – the pathway – by which fasting exerts its effects in ALL, he said.

“It will be important to determine whether ALL cells can become resistant to the effects of fasting,” he said. “It also will be interesting to investigate whether we can find alternative ways that mimic fasting to block ALL development.”

Given that the study did not involve drug treatments, just , researchers are discussing with clinicians whether the tested regimen might be able to move forward quickly to human clinical trials

Date The Strong Independent Woman If You Want To Learn About Relationship Equality

It’s not easy, dating a woman who doesn’t need saving. As a man, you’re only too used to doing that; you love doing that, just like you enjoy the occasional ego boost. But, she doesn’t need it. That’s something that you not only have to understand but, also—and more importantly—need to accept.

Date The Strong Independent Woman If You Want To Learn About Relationship Equality

She’s the alpha female and she doesn’t need you to reaffirm her faith in herself. She stopped justifying herself to the world a long time ago—the day she realized no one and nothing ever lasts forever. She doesn’t need your shoulder to cry on when the night’s too dark and she doesn’t need you to walk her home when it’s late. She’s all too used to doing it all on her own for longer than you’ve been chivalrous to women in general.

Date The Strong Independent Woman If You Want To Learn About Relationship Equality

She doesn’t need you to ask her out. She isn’t waiting for you to make the first move. She doesn’t throw around words like ‘women’s rights’ and ‘feminism’ at the drop of her hat; or start a debate on women’s equality every time she’s around a man. She doesn’t demand respect; she reserves it just by being present the way that she is. She doesn’t need to flaunt her figure for a man; she’ll do it for herself. She doesn’t need you to call the waiter for her. She can take the first step; just like she’s been doing in all the other areas of her life. She isn’t afraid to offer her hand out for you to take; she isn’t hesitant to take the lead so that you can follow her shadow.

Simply put, she isn’t afraid.

But, you are.

Date The Strong Independent Woman If You Want To Learn About Relationship Equality

You’re afraid of the fact that she doesn’t need you in her life; she only wants you to be a part of it. You’re afraid of the fact that she’d rather split the bill on your date and you might not get to act chivalrous because she doesn’t need you to pull the chair out for her. You’re afraid of the fact that on nights, when she’s been through hell, you might not even know it because she can take care of her own self; even if that means crying herself to sleep. She’s learned to pick herself up on her own, every time she falls down; and it’s an art to watch her do it. She knows how to wipe away her own tears and smile through it all… Hell, she’ll even make the world around her smile, without anyone noticing her eyes well up.

You want to be the shoulder she cries on when her world is falling apart. You want to be the hand she holds when the going gets tough. You want to be the one she turns to when everyone else turns their backs on her. You want her to need you so that you can feel your worth. You want to be in control; you want to be the one who says, ‘I got this!’ You can’t because you don’t ‘got this’. She’s the one who has it under control; even if it means she’s falling apart inside.

Date The Strong Independent Woman If You Want To Learn About Relationship Equality

To date the strong independent woman is to feel left out; to be the last one invited to your own party. She knows what she wants and she’s made up her mind before you can change your shirt. And it confuses you; yet, it intrigues you. The difference between her and all the other women—no, girls—you’ve dated is pretty stark. She isn’t anything like them. She can take care of herself. These six words sum up her entire life, attitude and demeanor; be it around you, or anybody else she’s with. She doesn’t show you she needs you. She won’t ask you to stay if you’ve just announced there’s an important errand you have to run; never mind if she actually wants you to stay. She won’t even ask you what the errand is. She’ll just smile and let you go. She’ll never ask you to wait for her because she knows not to expect anything out of anyone—no matter how dear to her you may be. She’ll just smile and tell you to carry on. She won’t tell you any of her stories, even if she’s been dying to tell someone—anyone—about her side. She’ll just smile and talk about you, instead. You may never know about the scars she’s got; or the hurt she’s been accustomed to by now because she doesn’t think it’s important enough to talk about anymore. She’ll never make promises she can’t keep. And if she makes you a promise, it will be the only thing she ever keeps. Simply because she knows the hurt of broken promises.

She has no pedestal on which she’s set her expectations of the people—especially the men—in her life. She learned a long time ago that everyone is but, human and fleeting. She has no examples to give for the men she’s dated in the past, or the ones she intends to date in the future. She doesn’t have many expectations from you. Just that you stand for what you believe in; just that you stand your own ground; just that you’re 200% sure of yourself, your choice of her and the fact that you want to be with her. She doesn’t care that you might need her more than she needs you. Ego is never her bone of contention; honesty is. She will fight the world for you and for her; all she needs is for you to be worth that fight.

You never really know her; except that you know she’s as independent as the Sun. She can ignite her own fire and light up the world with it. And you know it; which is why you want nothing but to be with her; even if it means it’s just so you can shine in her light. She makes you want to be half the man that she already is for herself.

Boriska, A Boy From Mars Says That ALL Humans Live Eternally And “People Like Us Still Live On Mars”

A boy named Boris Kipriyanovich, or Boriska, lives in the town of Zhirinovsk of Russia’s Volgograd region. He was born on January 11, 1996. Since he was 4 he used to visit a well-known anomalous zone, commonly referred to as Medvedetskaya Gryada – a mountain near the town. It seems that the boy needed to visit the zone regularly to fulfill his needs in energy.

Boriska’s parents, nice, educated and hospitable people, are worried about their son’s fascinating talents. They do not know how others will perceive Boriska when he grows up. The say that they would be happy to consult an expert to know how to raise their wunderkind.

Being a doctor, his mother could not help but notice that the baby boy could hold his head already in 15 days after his birth. He uttered the first word ‘baba’ when he was 4 months old and started to pronounce simple words soon afterwards. At one year and a half he had no difficulties in reading newspaper headlines. At age of two years he started drawing and leaned how to paint six months later. When he turned two, he started going to a local kindergarten. Tutors immediately noticed the unusual boy, his uncommon quickwittedness, language skills and unique memory.

However, his parents witnessed that Boriska acquired knowledge not only from the outer world, but through mysterious channels as well. They saw him reading unknown information from somewhere.

“No one has ever taught him,” Boriska’s mother said. “Sometimes he would sit in a lotus position and start telling us detailed facts about Mars, planetary systems and other civilizations, which really puzzled us,” the woman said.

How may a little boy know such things? Space became the permanent theme of his stories when the boy turned two years old. Once he said that he used to live on Mars himself. He says that the planet is inhabited now too, although it lost its atmosphere after a mammoth catastrophe. The Martians live in underground cities, Boriska says.

The boy also says that, he used to fly to Earth for research purposes when he was a Martian. Moreover, he piloted a spaceship himself. It took place in the time of the Lemurian civilization. He speaks about the fall of Lemuria as if it occurred yesterday. He says that Lemurians died because they ceased to develop themselves spiritually and broke the unity of their planet.

When his mother brought him a book entitled “Whom We Are Originated From” by Ernest Muldashev, he got very excited about it. He spent a long time looking through the sketches of Lemurians, pictures of Tibetan pagodas, and then he told his parents of Lemurians and their culture for several hours non-stop. As he was talking, his mother noticed that Lemurians lived 70,000 years ago and they were nine meters tall… “How can you remember all this?” the woman asked her son. “Yes, I remember and nobody has told me that, I saw it,” Boriska replied.

In Muldashev’s second book “In Search of the City of Gods” he looked through pictures for a long time and recollected a lot about pyramids and shrines. Then he claimed that people would not find ancient knowledge under the Great Pyramid of Cheops. The knowledge will be found under another pyramid, which has not been discovered yet. “The human life will change when the Sphinx is opened, it has an opening mechanism somewhere behind the ear, I do not remember exactly,” he said.

Boriska is one of so-called indigo children. They start to appear on Earth as a token of the forthcoming grand transformation of the planet.

“No, I have no fear of death, for we live eternally. There was a catastrophe on Mars where I lived. People like us still live there. There was a nuclear war between them. Everything burnt down. Only some of them survived. They built shelters and created new weapons. All materials changed. Martians mostly breathe carbon dioxide. If they flew to our planet now, they would have to spend all the time standing next to pipes and breathing in fumes,” Boriska said.

“If you are from Mars, do you need carbon dioxide?”

“If I am in this body, I breathe oxygen. But you know, it causes aging.”

Specialists asked the boy why man-made spacecraft often crash as they approach Mars. “Martians transmit special signals to destroy stations containing harmful radiation,” Boriska replied.

The boy has deep knowledge of space and its dimensions. He is also aware of the structure of interplanetary UFOs. He talks about that like an expert, draws UFOs on slates and explains the way they work. Here is one of his stories: “It has six layers. The upper layer of solid metal accounts for 25 percent, the second layer of rubber – 30 percent, the third layer of metal – 30 percent, and the last layer with magnetic properties – 4 percent. If we give energy to the magnetic layer, spaceships will be able to fly across the Universe.”

Boriska has a lot of difficulties with school. After an interview he was taken to the second grade, but soon they tried to get rid of him. He constantly interrupts teachers and says that they are wrong… now the boy has classes with a private tutor.

11 Life Lessons from Bruce Lee

Bruce Lee was more than just a movie star who could kick butt! He also had deep philosophical insight into leading a positive life. Here are eleven of the best lessons Bruce Lee taught the world.

1. “I’m not in this world to live up to your expectations and you’re not in this world to live up to mine.”

The power of understanding that the life one leads belongs to the individual and no one else can be empowering. One should live life according to the ambition and principles, not according to anyone else’s.

2. “A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.”

When one works towards big dreams, even falling short can be a huge accomplishment.

3. “Use only that which works, and take it from any place you can find it.”

Whether the source of wisdom is from a professor or a hobo does not matter as long as the wisdom proves useful.

4. “Don’t fear failure. — Not failure, but low aim, is the crime. In great attempts it is glorious even to fail.”

You only cut yourself short by having low ambitions. Set some goals that you know that you may never reach, but that the payment for failure will be well worth the “disappointment”.

5. “It’s not the daily increase but daily decrease. Hack away at the unessential.”

Managing time by getting rid of things one doesn’t need frees up energy and time for that which they wish to achieve.

6. “If you love life, don’t waste time, for time is what life is made up of.”

7.  “Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked, while the bamboo or willow survives by bending with the wind.”

Being able to adapt to all of the curve balls live throws allows a person to grow in the worst of times by experience each negative situation as a valuable life lesson.

8. “Using no way as way, using no limitation as limitation.”

Constantly push your limits towards the impossible to experience the most growth.

9. “Knowing is not enough, you must apply; willing is not enough, you must do.”

Action not only physically moves one towards their goal, but it also helps build up the positive thought patterns needed to continue.

10.  “The martial arts are ultimately self-knowledge. A punch or a kick is not to knock the hell out of the guy in front, but to knock the hell out of your ego, your fear, or your hang-ups.”

The challenge of facing fear, whether an opponent or a goal, by preforming actions gradually builds our strength. Instead of throwing punches and kicks in life, individuals achieve small goals that build on the capacity one has to reach whatever it is they are aiming for.

11. “To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities.”

Everyone is given a certain set of circumstances. There are two types of people: those whom allow these circumstances to hold them back and the others view circumstances as an obstacle that will be passed. Only you can decide which type of person you’ll be.

The Most POWERFUL Point Of The Human Body? Here Is What Happens If You Put Pressure On It.

The technique of applying pressure on particular parts of your body is called “Acupressure”.

Acupuncture is similar to Acupressure but it uses needles. Acupressure is an ancient healing method that uses nothing more but the pressure of your hands. It nurtures both the body and the spirit. It’s a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM for over 2,500 years!

There is a really powerful point on the human body acupressure refers to as CV 17! This point is an incredible emotional balancer. It’s four finger widths up from the base of your breastbone, in the center of your chest.

powerful-point-of-human-body

Using acupressure on this point is of a tremendous help for: PTSD, chronic fatigue, depression, hormonal imbalances, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, anxiety attacks, trauma, fear, recovering from a injury or surgery and Fibromyalgia.

Here is a simple method that uses 2 powerful points of your body and it’s really easy to do it yourself:

Put a gentle pressure on the area between your eyebrows with the soft front of your thumb and hold for 45 seconds.

Then, gently applying pressure all the way, begin to push upward till you almost pass the midpoint of your forehead and repeat. Continue this massage for another minute. This massage is said to relieve headaches and anxiety, but is even more effective as you transition to a more relaxed state through breathing and sinking deeper into the relaxation.

During this time, you can close your eyes and focus on your breathing. To aid with this you might also apply pressure to “CV 17”, between your chest plates at the center, as pressure at this point is said to boost your mood as well as encourage you to take deeper breathes as your chest should not rise as you breathe, but your stomach and sides should; kind of like how a dog breathes when he is resting on his belly.

DISSECTION OF ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE.

If any AYUSH doctor ( can’t call them any doctor..they are bloody quacks and killers) prescribes any allopathic medicine ( which the usually do coz they have nothing to offer ) , this is non bail able jail for three years as per the SC of India.
I have personally seen many many deaths coz of this Homeo. I’m not against Ayurveda ..rather I’m a great fan of Ayurveda. But the problem is what’s mentioned in Charak Samhita …many herbs are extinct. So you can’t get any original Chavanprash what Dabur or Zhandu or even Patanjali claims.

No doubt Ayurveda is an ancient and established science but in most of the cases they don’t work in acute problems. Also I agree that many allopathic medicines like digoxin, quinine, morphine comes from plants /herbs. But they are modified accordingly.
Then how come Madhya Pradesh cleared this?
Ban this killer AYUSH system.
Is the vote bank more important then the health system? Sad to see the health and the education system has crashed.
I have written this again and again..but today I would dissect what this pigshit system is…and I’m open to healthy discussion.
First we have to understand what’s science. Science is sometimes the best assumption like we don’t know what’s the actual temperature of our core..so we presume it’s some 20k C. We don’t know much about or nothing about the dark/ posterior side of the moon( our moon)…so we presume it’s like the same as we see the front visible side.
After a hypothesis..theory..many experiments something comes in working phase like a light bulb or a motor or a drug.
But even after so many trials in drug industry in phase IV ( when the drug is already in the market), drugs are pulled off coz of its side effect. May be that part was not expected or studied intensively. Like The greatest tragedy in drug history ..
I wud call Thalidomide that caused seal baby syndrome ( ).
Gaityfloxaxin, Nimasulide is history..no matter this sells in India.
Now Statin…prazols..Pioglitazone …NSAID.
I’m sorry for the cardiac patients who are blindly prescribed a statin ( long term effect is demenia), a PPI( osteoporosis of the femoral head that can lead to a fracture ) and aspirin ( u wud be surprised to know that long tern effect of aspirin or ibuprofen of any NSAISD is loss of empathy…making the patient a zombie..).
Pioglitazone has relation to urinary bladder cancer. Commonly prescribes drug for cough and cold Azithromycin causes problem in conduction of the heart( qrs prolongation).
For launching a drug in the market the pharma giants spends some 80 million to 1.4 billion officially..and how how much they bribe the FDA is unknown. So This much loss a pharma giant has to bear when a launched drug is banned.
I in hope you have got some brief idea about the science, ayurveda, the drug trials, dark side of the pharma giants and some more.( I’m sorry I not a good writer..I have difficulty I finding words..sorry for my spell mistakes).
Now I would talk about the side effects..I had already written about the side effect of allopathic medicines..now I’m coin to Ayurveda and it’s side effects.
Nothing is safe on this planet. Everything is rigged..adulterated..coz of human greed.
So what’s a drug and what’s a poison?
“Drug in hands of fool is a poison and poison in hands of wise is a drug.”
Isn’t this a simple definition.
So how safe is ayurvedic medicines? Patanjali has a full range of products from mouthwash to toothbrush to facepacks.
If u take spoon full of Shilajeet( if its original) you wud die for sure coz of brain hemorrhage.
But Ayurveda is a time tested time proven centuries old ancient science..and I don’t challenge it.
What’s my issue is that many herbs mentioned in Charak Samhita is extinct…so no treatment is better than incomplete treatment.
And mostly this is for chronic problems and not any acute one. You can’t treat a patient of acute appendicitis or acute cholecystis by anything in ayurveda.
So..it has limitations. Of course allopathy has limitations.
And the issue of organic herb is really important in era of GM crops ad banned pesticides.
Its good to see medical marijuana and cannabis oil being offered to patient in the west. THC is approved by FDA for cancer cachexia and prevention of chemo induced nausea and vomiting (PCNV).
Turmeric is called a far better antibiotic than 400 present antibiotics. Sadly US has the patent right for Turmeric.
So what was AYUSH doing during the the patent issue.
Now coming to the worst sinister and silent killer..Homeopathy.
In brief it’s working theory is unscientific, imported stuff from Germany, practiced by so called qualified or non qualified after reading just a book( call them murdered ), too long therapy, don’t work in acute conditions , no positive result even after years of treatment, drugs are adulterated by steroids, arsenic , animal bone powders and many absurd stuffs..banned by FDA in US,Europe …esp Germany where it was invented ..still flows in India and millions of blind followers.
So let me dissect one by one..
Coz I have seem many deaths coz of this sweet poison …I’m sharing my views.
So the basic theory of homeopathy says that more you dilute something.. Its potency would increase. So let me ask you a very simple question….
You have a tea spoon full of sugar…u mix it with plain water..then take a drop from it..put into a jug of water..against take a drop from it..and put that drop in a bucket of water…then a drop again into the drum….and then a single drop to the water tank…So which would be the the sweeter? The water in the glass or the water in the tank?
You know the answer but according to the basic theory of homeopathy..water in the tank wud the sweetest of all. Coz more dilution gives more potency.
So do you agree with this?
And this is called science.
Heinmann, the German guy who invented this funny theory committed a suicide.
So wake up..
So I have explained the basic theory of Homeopathy and hope you all agree that the water in the glass is sweeter than the tank water. So this proves that the theory is absolutely wrong and in fact reverse is true.
Now I would try my level best to explain how the diagnose, what the offer and what happens later.
I have met and discussed this with few so called homeo specialist..one was of the deputy director rank. One specialist asked me to show my brain when I asked the basic controversy of the theory. So how can I show my brain..no CT..no MR..then should I do some craniotomy and show that see I have a restarted brain.
Who goes to the homoeopathy people…?
Hair fall..white patch..seasonal allergy..bronchial asthma..chronic constipation…insomnia..piles..GB or KUB stone patients…and worst is cancer patients
They say that first the disease would flare up and then it would vanish. So you judge on your own what would happen to the patient?
Coz they don’t believe in any blood or urine or stool test…or imaging…they say that they read our minds.
How…this is funny psychology..
I’m giving you some examples..
Do you feel like coming out of the bed in the morning? Who wants to leave the bed.
When you eat .u chew by the right or the left side?
Do u cough in dusty place..??
List is too long…
So on this ground they make a final diagnosis and start the treatment…some white sweet pills ( mithi goliya).
The Dissection of Homeopathy.
So how to monitor the homeopathic drug in the blood ? This was my question to the very learned gentleman.
So this started like this..
In small quantity..how small..very very small..how much…tiny..
Tiny means nano ? Or pico or femto or still smaller than that ??
I think its at the nano level..he replied.
Me: so u think but do u have any proof..can u measure this in ultra sophisticated setup.
He: yes no no yes let’s see..we have never don’t this before.
Me: you are a scientist..u sud have ..or any paper or reference.
He: no..but the patient is treated ..
Me: that’s I’m asking how..?
I went to a patient and drew some blood ..both VBG n ABG …and asked his to come to the lab and show me what’s in this.
Peripheral smear: nothing as per homeo.
Ran the automated analyser…nothing.
Magnified to 500 X nothing.
Then I went to the pathology department and asked a phd scholar to help me out further.
He was or still brilliant…did all possible tests …reagents. Stains…but nothing in homeopathy was found.
This discussion went viral and even the director came to know about this. Just for curiosity he dropped in …..
He asked that homeo guy that do you need anything to prove this..so we can publish a paper ….let me know if u want anything.
Smiled at me and left.
I was not trying to screw him …I was just curious that how this stuff works..
So finally nothing was found in the blood sample or under the microscope.( I’m talking only about homeopathy and not allopathy).
So how tiny? Can u see a nano size by a nano microscope ? ( may be in the future sometimes). No this is not any sci fi.
This is really difficult to make not coz of its invisible size but microscopes are assembled.
So finally to conclude this Homeo is unscientific..this should be banned as in the west not coz its a killer..coz its baseless. And no need to flush million of money into any homeo research.
The world had been fooled for centuries..now wake up. This homeo is just a placebo myth.
But this is India where millions are spent for finding the sanjivani booti.
